SENIOR MINE GEOLOGIST Open Pit
Geology Manager needs someone he can rely on to get straight into action, he's not interested in micro-managing you. As a result, you are in charge of the young and motivated Geology team of 8 (a couple of Mine Geos and a few Pit Techs) as well as the development of mineral resource models.
Autonomous role where you make the decisions and the Geology Manager will step in to help and advise when necessary. This is the beauty of being a part of a smaller organisation where you are trusted to make the decisions and your input is actually listened to.
Management and technical development is encouraged and the company will pay for your training, seminars and conferences.
Options for DIDO or FIFO from Perth. Company is set to be a competing mid-tier producer with large world class under explored tenement holdings within WA.
To be considered you will have at least 7 years mine geology experience, recent OP gold experience and Surpac user.

SENIOR PROJECT GEOLOGIST Resources
Autonomous role where you are the link between the Exploration team and the Mine Geology team. Technical support from the Manager. Role with genuine variety:

Geological interpretations, mineral resource estimations and design drill programs

Involvement in working closely with the Mining Engineer on mining studies- mining designs and LOM planning

Substantial resource base for the Project Group- extensional and mine/ resource studies. Fully funded company who is going through an agressive growth phase. Moving from an explorer into a producer. Perth based position, be home every night with the family. Time on site is limited to only a couple of days a month.
To be considered for this role you will hold BSc (Geology) have about 10+ years exp, mainly operational exposure, resource exp and pre feasibility and feasibility studies exp. Surpac preferred. Must be based in Australia.

PROJECT/ RESOURCE MANAGER Geologist
Newly acquired project- autonomous role where your decisions are trusted within the company Recently moved from greenfields exploration into near mine resource extension focus. Small team of 6, report and support directly from the Executive Director. Small team with a positive outlook for future production opportunities Involvement in:

Near mine exploration and development

Multiple greenfields projects to keep you busy

Evaluation and deliniation of the mineral resource- modeling and estimation

Supervision and implementation of exploration programs Company is well backed by supportive major share holders and strong corporate experience.
To be considered you will have BSc (Geology) with at least 10 years exp, gold exploration exp and tenement management exposure. Surpac preferred.

SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST- Near mine
Not your usual Senior Geo role. You will operate autonomously at times as this is a very hands on role, regional exploration as well as near mine resource development and drilling projects.
This role is more of a step into an Exploration Manager role with the mentoring and supervision of the Exploration team of 5- Exploration Geos and Field Assistants. The crew have a mix of experience and are all fairly laid back and flexible, yet know when there is work to be done. They are an easy team to fit in with.
Smaller sized company, with small company culture. They don't have the long, drawn out procedures that you would need to go through for a decision to be made. You are trusted with decisions and your experience and technical skills and respected. Recently had their first gold pour- looks like there's good things to come.
FIFO from Perth with flexibility on the roster or DIDO.

SENIOR MINE PROJECT GEOLOGIST
Company has recently had a restructure and as a result you are part of a Projects team of 8, with 6 Project Geologists and Graduates to mentor and supervise. You will also work closely with the Mine Geos who are mainly involved in the grade and tonnage side of things, as well as the Drill and Blast Engineers.
Company values your development as a Geologist and training and conferences such as AusIMM are encouraged and subsidised by the company.

SENIOR PROJECT GEOLOGIST Resources
The Senior UG Mine Geologist will initially teach you the ropes of the operation and company so your transition into the company and the team will be a lot smoother.
There is a small team of about 5 and everyone is on equal playing field, regardless of years experience as there isn't a traditional coporate hierarchy you would expect at the bigger players. Technical and managerial support from the Geology Manager.
Owner operator company is going through an interesting phase as they have recently opened up underground. Your role will see you involved in the resource extensions to the UG Mine- resource estimations. Explicit growth strategy in place for company development and expansion.
